The idea of a web portal into our custom designed Business Management System (BMS) was the best way to provide this. webBMS was born and with suggestions from clients evolved into what it is today.
Designed to allow their employees to monitor and request service work with National Telephone and Data, webBMS has been essential in the management of work across multiple offices and with multiple clients. All communications between the companies are logged and emails notifications are sent when new notes in the system are created.
